Booking Terms & Conditions 

At Royal Costa Cars, transparency is at the heart of everything we do. Before you get behind the wheel of one of our exceptional vehicles, we want to make sure you’re fully informed about our rental policies. Please read the following terms carefully prior to confirming your booking.

Required Documentation

For Tourists & Visitors:

• Valid Passport
• Original Driver’s License (from home country)
• International Driving Permit (mandatory for select nationalities)

For UAE Residents:

• Emirates ID (original)
• Valid UAE Driving License

Age Policy

• Minimum age for renting SUVs: 21 years
• Minimum age for renting Exotic & Ultra-Premium Vehicles: 25 years

Age verification is mandatory at the time of vehicle handover.

Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of AED 5,000 is collected at the start of each rental.
• The deposit is returned within 28 business days following the vehicle’s return, after a review of any traffic violations or toll charges incurred during the rental period.
• Any unpaid traffic fines, Salik charges, or damage-related costs will be deducted from the deposit before refund.

We offer flexible payment options for your convenience:

• Cash – Accepted in AED, USD, EUR, GBP, and AUD
• Credit / Debit Card
• Secure Online Payment Link
• Cryptocurrency

Rental Duration & Mileage

• The minimum booking period is 24 hours (1 day).
• Each rental booking includes a standard mileage allowance of 250 KM per day.
• Returns beyond the agreed time may attract an overtime charge.
• The following activities are strictly not permitted:
  • Smoking inside the vehicle
  • Off-road or desert driving
  • Use of the vehicle on any racing circuit or track

Delivery & Collection

• Complimentary delivery and pickup is available across all areas within Dubai.
• For deliveries to other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, etc.), a nominal service fee will apply based on location.
• Airport pick-up and drop-off services are available upon request.

General Conditions

• The renter is fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental period.
• Sub-letting or transferring the vehicle to a third party is not permitted under any circumstances.
• All vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received.
• Royal Costa Cars reserves the right to terminate a rental agreement in the event of a policy violation, without refund of the remaining rental amount.
